Frequently Asked Questions

Questions worth answering before the first conversation

If something below raises a follow-up question, that's a good sign it's worth an Assessment Session rather than more reading.

No. A named SkillPros workstream owner is accountable for an agreed scope, with defined deliverables, written acceptance criteria, and a documented handover to named owners on your side. We convert the chosen option into an owned workstream, not a report you have to action alone.

No. We work with and complement your existing team. The objective is to make the controls environment they work in function properly, and to leave it working when we step back โ€” not to replace the people running your projects.

No. duBizz enters an engagement only where a fit-gap assessment supports it. A solution that suits you may involve no duBizz at all โ€” that's a legitimate outcome of the assessment, not a failure of it. The first conversation is a Project Delivery & Digital PMO Assessment Session, not a software demonstration.

No. Any quantified saving or ROI figure we provide is an estimate with a stated calculation, based on your evidence โ€” never a guarantee, and never a published percentage.

SkillPros is not ISO certified. We have digitised our own business processes end to end on duBizz with full audit trails, and offer that as demonstrable process control in place of certification โ€” we are our own first reference implementation. SkillPros also holds NSW SCM0005 Prequalification (Performance and Management Services) and is prequalified for Specialised Consultancy Services with Balonne Shire Council.

SkillPros is a boutique, principal-led Australian firm. We would rather tell you exactly what that means than imply a scale we do not have. Specialists are mobilised to the scope of an engagement, and we confirm availability before committing named people to anything.

We state client dependencies openly before an engagement rather than after one: access to data and systems, availability of your people, timely decisions, and funding. Where any of those is constrained, it changes what can realistically be achieved, and we will say so at the point it matters.

We say so. Where a client system must remain, it remains โ€” we integrate with it, supplement it, or leave it alone, on the evidence. We do not propose replacement as a default, and we do not claim duBizz replaces every platform.
Still Have a Question?

Bring it to an Assessment Session

Useful to have in the room: the person who owns the reporting or controls problem (not only the executive sponsor), a recent reporting pack or concrete example of the problem, and any known constraints โ€” mandated systems, budget cycle, procurement route, or work already underway.
